Raleigh in London (23.7) bearing 5c. cancelled by New York machine c.d.s., redirected to Manila (31.8), Hong Kong (18.9), Chefoo (28.9), Shanghai (5.10) and returned to writer via Yokohama (11.10), showing oval "United States/Despatch Agent" handstamp in blue and bilingual "Returned To Writer" handstamp at Shanghai imperial post office, very interesting postal route, cover lightly damaged.
