Malta 1965-70 Issues 3d. complete pane of 60 from Plate 1A with "malta" silver omitted, twice folded, fine. Pierron MA670MCb, £2,325; S.G. 335c, £1,560 Estimate £ 600-800 Note: The missing silver results in the loss of the country name. Five intact panes (four 1A and one 1B) of 60 and a plate block (1A) are known with the error. In addition, the error is known to have occurred on the top row only of at least two panes due to a massive down shift of silver.
