Two sheets were discovered with the error. The first appeared on the market in 1999 while the second only surfaced in September 2005. The error occurred due to several sheets sticking together during the gold printing process as rows four and five of the upper pane of both sheets show evidence of being stuck to the underside of another sheet. Due to plate numbers and traffic lights appearing four times on each sheet, a total of eight positional pieces with gold missing are known. quantity: 100 mint (16 damaged)
