British East Africa 1895-96 Overprints on Stamps of India 1/2a. to 4a., 8a., 1r. slate, 2r. and "2 1/2" on 1 1/2a., all neatly cancelled with Mombasa squared-circle d.s. on 1896 (22 Feb.) envelope registered to the Army and Navy Co-operative Co., Ltd., London, showing "registered" and "R" in oval h.s., and London Registered oval d.s.
