Uganda Please note that in this section, 1895 (Mar.)-96 (June), S.G. 1-53, the quality of the paper often resulted in the stamps being creased before use. Such creases are therefore not grounds for return 1896 (Nov.) Type-set Issue A used collection comprising 1a. with thin "1" (3 with a pair), 1a. with thick "1" (19 with a block of four with Vice-Consul h.s., four pairs, one tête-bêche and one showing small "O"), 2a. (11 with three pairs, one tête-bêche), 3a. (6), 4a. (6 with two pairs), 8a. (2), 1r. (10, three with small "O" and a pair) and 5r., nearly all cancelled with datestamps, and one with manuscript "Mukikubara"; generally good to fine. S.G. 54-61, 55a, 60a, £3,267+ Estimate £ 500-600
