1941 Air Force Salvation Loan, a group of 3 bonds comprising $5, $10 and $50, vignette of the Boeing P26 monoplane fighter, blue, brown and green with yellow underprint respectively, generally extremely fine, the last rare (3). A $5 million loan issued to modernize the Chinese Air Force. The $50 (and $100 which is not included) bonds are somewhat larger in format than the two lower denominations and are particularly scarce.
