Photographic Association Limited, £1 ordinary shares, fully paid, 1899 (1901), signed by John le Couteur and his wife Maude as directors, black, about very fine. Le Couteur obtained a license to deal with Gaumont film equipment and also experimented with early film, shooting several reels of Queen Victoria´s Diamond Jubilee celebrations. As a businessman he was not so good and after losing the Gaumont license he and his wife commited double suicide at the company´s offices in London. Estimate £ 50
