R.A.F.), extremely fine Estimate £ 240-280 Pilot Officer Charles Herrington Ratcliffe, born Beckenham, Kent, 22.5.1902; educated at Dulwich College and R.A.F. College Cranwell; Commissioned Pilot Officer, 16.8.1922; served with No. 60 Squadron in Waziristan, December 1921- March 1924. One of approximatley 600 Waziristan 1921-24 clasps to the Royal Air Force. Provenance: J.B. Hayward, June 1976.
