Rl: Welsh Fus:), extremely fine Estimate £ 320-360 5090 Private Frank Rowntree Mason, born Hackney, London, 1877; enlisted in the Royal Welsh Fusiliers, July 1896; served with the Regiment during the occupation of Crete, March- August 1898; served in China, December 1898- August 1903, and present at the Relief of Pekin; transferred to the Reserve, 31.8.1903; discharged, July 1908, after 12 years with the Colours, of which 4 years and 258 days were spent in China.
