Uganda Covers and Cancellations 1899 envelope of White Fathers origin, addressed to Monseigneur (Henri) Streicher, who had been appointed the Vicar-Apostle of the Nyanza area in 1896, at Maison-Carrée, Algiers, bearing type-set 2a. top left corner pair (corner crease) cancelled by blue crayon cross, in combination with BEA 2a. and 3a. tied by Mombasa c.d.s.
