Uganda Covers and Cancellations 1899 (15 Apr.) envelope (220x98mm.; folded towards left and opened-out for display) from Archdeacon Walker, addressed to his father at Great Yarmouth, bearing type-set 1a. and 2a. (handstamped "L"), both lightly stained by affixative, cancelled by Kampala c.d.s., showing unframed "T" alongside deleted by blue crayon, marked on reverse in red ink "Received open at Mboa PO and Officially stamp marginated", initialled and dated "16/5/99" - sealed with selvedge from the BEA 1/2a. stamps by De Souza, a clerk at Mombasa PO.
