Price of the 27th Baluchis at Kampala, bearing type-set 1a., 3a., 4a., 8a. and 1r., each handstamped "L", cancelled by Masindi c.d.s. and initialled "CHUP" (Major Charles U. Price, Commander of the Unyoro District). Fine albeit philatelic franking and first day usage of the Masindi circular datestamp. R.P.S. Certificate (1961).
