Uganda Covers and Cancellations 1897 (Sept.-Oct.) wrapper from Rev. Frank Rowling (printer of the type-set issues) addressed to his family´s at Leeds, marked "Book Post", bearing uncancelled type-set 1a. (light vertical crease) in combination with BEA 1a. tied by Mombasa c.d.s. (10.10); the wrapper with 64mm. scissor-cut below adhesives and with small part of reverse missing.
