Uganda 1896 (June) Issue inscribed "V.96.R" in violet The Rev. Ernest Millar now made a change in design with Uganda appearing in full. The 60 value was re-introduced 50(c.) unused horizontal pair both with second impression of 100(c.), in addition the left stamp has further impression of "1" giving appearance of "150" error, border on three sides, irregular at right; some creases and periods puncture the paper.
