Uganda 1896 (June) Issue inscribed "V.96.R" in violet The Rev. Ernest Millar now made a change in design with Uganda appearing in full. The 60 value was re-introduced 25(c.) unused with sheet margin at top showing typed correction "Ug 11a" (originally "xg"), trace of borders on the other sides, neat diagonal crease otherwise fine.
