Uganda 1896 (June) Issue inscribed "V.96.R" in violet The Rev. Ernest Millar now made a change in design with Uganda appearing in full. The 60 value was re-introduced 25(c.) to 100(c.) rejoined se-tenant vertical strip of six made from two strips of three, borders in places with sheet margin at top showing inscription "2 at 5..".
