Uganda 1896 (June) Issue inscribed "V.96.R" in violet The Rev. Ernest Millar now made a change in design with Uganda appearing in full. The 60 value was re-introduced 20(c.) horizontal pair with border on three sides, tied by blue crayon cross on large part front written by Rev. Ernest Millar at Mengo to R.H.
