Uganda 1895 (Nov.) Narrow Letters in Violet, Narrow Stamps The ribbon was changed to violet, producing stamps with violet letters and numerals. No 60(c.) value was printed; however, a 100(c.) value was now printed 30(c.) with border at left and traces on two other sides, cancelled by light blue crayon line; crease ending in tear at upper left.
