Uganda 1895 (Nov.) Narrow Letters in Violet, Narrow Stamps The ribbon was changed to violet, producing stamps with violet letters and numerals. No 60(c.) value was printed; however, a 100(c.) value was now printed 5(c.) with border on two sides, on piece tied by posthumous "kampala/24 no/98" c.d.s., light wrinkling otherwise fine.
