Uganda 1895 (Nov.) Narrow Letters in Violet, Narrow Stamps The ribbon was changed to violet, producing stamps with violet letters and numerals. No 60(c.) value was printed; however, a 100(c.) value was now printed 5(c.) unused block of four with part border at left, small vertical scissor cut between at top, faint toning and minor creasing.
