North Borneo Covers and Cancellations 1913 (16 Sept.) envelope to Bosnia, marked "Registered" (deleted), bearing 1909 Pictorial 3c., 5c. and 10c., all tied by light Sandakan c.d.s. and showing, on reverse, Singapore (29.9) and arrival (26.10) datestamps. An attractive franking, obviously intended to be sent by registered mail but because it was short by 2c. was sent by ordinary mail. Photo Estimate £ 100-120
