Uganda 1896 Type-Set Issue 1898 (27 Dec.) 1 1/2oz. rate envelope (225x105mm.) from Bishop Alfred Tucker at Kampala to England, initialled "AEEA" (Alfred East & Equatorial Africa) in lower left corner and bearing 1a. (thick "1", stains) and 3a. in combination with B.E.A. 2 1/2a. and 5a., all cancelled with Kampala c.d.s., with another two stamps (part of one still remaining affixed) fallen off or stolen, the reverse with Mombasa (1.2) and arrival c.d.s.
