Uganda 1896 Type-Set Issue 1896 (Oct.) envelope from Rev. Martin Hall at the Sese Islands, Lake Victoria, to Mrs. Clegg at Birmingham, initialled "M.H." at lower left corner and bearing only B.E.A. 2 1/2a. cancelled with Mombasa squared-circle d.s. (4.12); the envelope with vertical crease and other small imperfections though a rare usage of the B.E.A. stamps only from these tiny islands.
