Banco Central an artists proof for a proposed issue of 100 sucres, Quito, 1 January 1928, red zero serial numbers, purple & multicoloured, Andean Condor at centre, snow capped mountains behind, value at centre and each corner (Pick unrecorded) the American Banking Company produced the Ecuador series of 1928 so presumably De la Rue failed to win the printing contract.
