Great Britain 1840 Two Pence Blue Plate 2 OH, close or just touched at foot, large margins other sides and showing portion of adjoining stamp at left, tied by "822" 1844-type cancellation of Uckfield on 1848 (2 May) envelope to Shrewsbury; despatch and arrival datestamps on reverse; the adhesive slightly soiled and with trace of crease at top.
