China Chinese Imperial Post 1898-1910 An extensive and specialised collection in two well-filled albums with shades, multiples, used and covers and includes 1898 set to $5 unused and used, 1900-06 set to $5 unused and used plus 1905-10 new colours and additional values to $2 and $5 mint, set to $5 overprinted "specimen" and $5 Waterlow specimen in unissued colours. Multiples include 1/2c. blocks of eighty (2), sixty and other large blocks; 1c. blocks of forty (2), 4c. scarlet block of forty. Varieties with 1c. imperforate between horizontal and vertical pairs, a wide range of covers and cards (57) showing a wide range of rates and postmarks plus unused values to $1 (2) and used, with much postmark interest, to $2 (5).
