x Hong Kong 1863-71 1871 (22 Sep.) Davis envelope to London "per French Mail" bearing single 30c. mauve tied by a neat strike of "B62", with manuscript rate mark "1/3" in red crayon, underpaid (the correct rate being 32c.) with "more to pay" in circle and handstruck "deficient postage 1/fine 6" crossed out; the reverse with Hong Kong despatch and three different London datestamps.
