(2) and covers (4), 1937 surcharges including scarce 13f. on 12f. used, 1937 Five Year plan set mint (3) and used, duplicated later issues including 1941 Conscription (200), 1942 Founding set mint (108), Labour Service Law (275), Red Cross (200), Friendship with Japan 10f.
