x British East Africa 1895 (9 July) handstamped "british east africa" on 1890-95 issue, 1a., 2a., 4 1/2a. dull violet, 5a., 7 1/2a., 8a., 1r. and 3r., unused with part to large part original gum, and 4 1/2a. dull violet and 7 1/2a. used; the 2a. with some stains, a couple of others with small imperfections though of generally good to fine appearance.
