Indian Convention States Gwalior 1885-1936 collection including 1885 (May) trio; 1885 (June) Hindi inscription 13-14mm. set of eight less 1a. and 2a. and Hindi inscription 15-15 1/2mm. 1/2a., 1a., 4a. and 6a.; 1885 (Sept.) red overprint, Hindi inscription 13-14mm. 1/2a., 4a., 1r. and Hindi inscription 15-15 1/2mm. 1/2a., 2a. and 4a.; 1885-97 set less 2 1/2a. and 1r. green and carmine with an additional set to 1r. with Hindi inscription 15-15 1/2mm.; 1899-1911 set; 1903-11 range to 5r. with both settings represented; 1912-14 and 1928-36 (less 15r.) sets, 1938-48 4a. to 25r., 1942-45 set and 1949 4a. to 12a., a few of the earlier sets with part gum though generally fine mint.
