Portuguese Colonies Madeira 1879 (6 May), envelope from Funchal to Grahams Town, Cape of Good Hope, bearing 1876 perf. 12 1/2 50r. green and 100r. pale mauve (defect at lower-right) cancelled "45" in circle of bars and with despatch c.d.s. at left, Cape Town c.d.s. (26.5) towards foot and arrival c.d.s. (30.5) on reverse; the envelope with horizontal crease towards foot and "Grahams Town" of address re-instated, otherwise most attractive.
