† Warrant from the Treasury to Sir Robert Howard, Auditor of the Receipt, to draw an Order to pay £13 17s 4d to Edward Lympany of Fulham, innholder, for quarters provided for soldiers of the Duke of Monmouth´s Regiment, 22nd July 1679, printed document with manuscript insertions, signed by Arthur Capell, Earl of Essex (1632-1683) then First Lord of the Treasury, formerly Lord Lieutenant of Ireland; John Earle (c1620-1697), Chancellor of the Exchequer; Sir Edward dering Bart. (1625-1684), Treasury Lord, now best known as a parliamentary diarist and Sidney Godolphin (1645-1712), created Earl in 1706, Treasury Lord and several times Lord Treasurer, some trimming at top and bottom as is usual with these pieces, right edge a little ragged Estimate £ 150-200
