Queen´s South Africa 1899-1902, three clasps, Cape Colony, Transvaal, Wittebergen (2884 Pte H. Snashall, 2nd Rl. W. Kent Regt), very fine Estimate £ 60-80 2884 Private Henry Herbert Snashall (1869-1943), born Greenwich, Kent; enlisted 4th Battalion, Royal West Kent Regiment, 1890 under the alias of Frederick Bailey, and later signed a declaration declaring his true identity as Herbert Henry Snashall, 1894 (papers refer); discharged 20.11.1902 after 12 years 102 days with the Colours (entitled to I.G.S. with Punjab Frontier 1897-98 clasp and King´´s South Africa).
