Bord.), lugs removed from first clasp as issued, with replacement lugs fitted, last clasp with file marks to lugs, good very fine Estimate £ 140-180 3955 Private Robert Cassalls, born Glasgow 1873; enlisted King´´s Own Scottish Borderers 1892; served in India, December 1893- February 1902; served in the Boer War February - September 1902; discharged 1904 after 12 years with the Colours. Private Cassalls is entitled to an India General Service Medal with clasps for Relief of Chitral 1895, Punjab Frontier 1897-98 and Tirah 1897-8.
