Madras Infy.), good very fine Estimate £ 550-600 Lieutenant-Colonel Botet Trydell, born 1864; Commissioned Lieutenant, 2nd Battalion, West Indian Regiment, August 1885; transferred Indian Staff Corps; posted 10th Madras Infantry (1st Burma Rifles, Later 10th Gurkha Rifles); served in Burma from 1888, and with the Wuntho Field Force under Brigadier-General G.B. Wolseley, C.B., February to May 1891; Captain, August 1896; Major, August 1903; Lieutenant-Colonel, August 1911.
