Punjab 1848-49, two clasps, Chilianwala, Goojerat (Henry Lodge. 61st Foot.), a later issue, impressed in small upright serif capitals, light scratching, otherwise good very fine Estimate £ 300-340 2562 Sergeant Henry Lodge, born Spitalfields, London; joined 50th Foot, 1839; transferred 61st Foot, 1846; he served during the Sutlej Campaign and was present at the battles of Moodkee, Ferozeshuhur, Aliwal and Sobraon; he was wounded at the latter (10.2.1846); Sergeant 1852; discharged 1859, after 19 years and 207 days service.
