Medal, dated 17.10.1954 Estimate £ 80-100 Observer J. Wheeler, of Lutterworth, Rugby, was presented with his R.O.C. Medal by Air Commodore J.H.T. Simpson, D.S.O., A.F.C., Commandant of the Royal Observer Corps, in October 1954.
