Potter, Stoker, H.M.S.Humber), light pitting from Star; Khedive´s Star 1884, therefore very fine (2) Estimate £ 120-140 Leading Stoker George Potter, born Essex, 1863; enlisted in the Royal Navy as Stoker 2nd Class, 1882; served in various ships including H.M.S. Humber on two separate occasions, 10.8.1883 - 25.5.1884; died of disease at the Port Royal Hospital 1890.
