Great Britain Collections and Ranges 1845-1943, ex-Dunsany family correspondence with the majority addressed to Lord Dunsany or Captain The Honourable Edward Plunkett, R.N., the 16th Baron of Dunsany (1808-1889), contained in a carton, and mainly addressed to either Ireland or England comprising imperforate 1841 1d red with eighty-eight single rate (one forwarded with additional adhesive and four addressed abroad), twenty-five double-rate, four quadruple-rate and 2d. blue; perforated 1854-79 issues with 1d. eighty-two single-rate (one forwarded with additional adhesive and another bearing "more to pay"in red and "2" in black handstamps), ten double-rate, four quadruple-rate and 2d. (2); 1883-84 1d. lilac (12, three addressed overseas with 2 1/2d. rate and one registered 3d. rate); also 1881 1d pink stationery envelope attractively hand illustrated (faults) and later envelopes (20) and Ireland (9) some censored.
