Great Britain Line-Engraved Issues 1840 One Penny Black Plate VII PB, small to large margins, on neat clean entire to Wiltshire dated 3 November 1840 and then twice re-addressed, tied by fine large part strike of the red Maltese Cross which leaves the profile clear, the address panel with superb red script-type "Too Late", two fine light strikes of the partly framed "princes st." in black with red Devizes double-arc d.s. alongside and ink manuscript "Not" adjacent; light bend at top.
