France Ballons Montes 1871 (Jan 7) "Gazette Des Absents No.24" mailed from Paris to Trouville, Calvados carried on Ballon ´Le Duquesne´ solely franked by Siège 10c. bistre, uderpaid and struck on front and reverse with framed "affranchisement/insuffisant" in black and handstruck "2" (twenty centimes, double the deficiency) to pay.
