x Ceylon 1857-59 Watermark Star, Imperforate Covers 1859 (June) envelope from Kandy "Via Marseilles" to Exeter, redirected to Liverpool, bearing 9d. purple-brown just tied by oval bars and script of redirection address, another stamp missing at right, the reverse bearing 1d. tied across flap by oval of bars cancel and showing various despatch and transit c.d.s.; the cover and stamps with some defects, nonetheless a rare usage.
