British Guiana Covers and Cancellations Incoming and Transit Mail 1863 (12 July) envelope (small faults) from Turks Islands to an official at the "Commissariatt of Taxation, Berbice" and redirected to Demerara, rated "4" and "1" and showing a fine strike of the rare "demerara/5" collection double-ring d.s. (6.8) and, on reverse, a light strike of the Turks Islands double-arc d.s. partially overstruck by Demerara c.d.s. (2.8), St. Thomas (26.7), Georgetown (6.8) and two New Amsterdam (7.8) c.d.s.
