† Great Britain Later Postal Stationery 1860 (13 Feb.) 1d. pink postal stationery envelope to Aldershot cancelled by light London N.W. duplex, re-addressed to Maidstone where a manuscript note was added indicating that the addressee (an adjutant with the 6th Dragoon Guards) was now in India, the address panel with superb strike of the framed "returned for/(9d.) postage" in red (the "9d" inserted in menuscript) and ink manuscript "1" for the original forwarding charge; fine, clean and extremely attractive.
