Sixth Printing - Stone A - S.G. 24 3d. blue block of four [1-2/7-8] with close margins on three sides, touching along right side, clearly tied by Barred Oval "1" on 1854 (26 July) envelope pre-paying the 1/- ship letter rate from Melbourne to London, showing manuscript "8" and "melbourne/victoria" oval datestamp alongside with, on reverse Liverpool Ship (28 Sept.) and London (29 Sept.) datestamps. This is the earliest known use for this stamp and a rare block on cover. RPSV Certificate (2007). S.G. 24
