Sudan The Campaign for the Recapture of Khartoum 1898 (24 Jan.) "Extract from Nile Field Force Orders" showing appointments to the Sirdar´s Staff; (3 Apr.) OHMS envelope from Fitzroy Curzon to Major Sandbach with Halfa backstamp for 17 April, the contents being a list of water transport and a letter describing the condition of the river steamer Fahra, used to carry troops, the number of camels carrying water to the Railhead and also the "splendid fight yesterday" referring to the battle of Atbara.
