Samoa 1914 (4 Sept.) error "G.R.I./4d." instead of 5d. on 40pf. black and carmine, probably from the unofficial printing; although Gibbs states "one vertical row of this error of value may well have been part of the Official issue" and records just 10 unused examples (page 270).
