Mauritius 1872 (27 June) 6d. purple on blue envelope, uprated with 1d. purple-brown (2) and 4d. rose (3), registered to Belgium, all cancelled "B53" and showing Mauritius Registered oval d.s., "PD" and French entry d.s., all in red, "chargé" h.s. and, on reverse, two red wax seals applied at the Marseilles Post Office in transit and five datestamps.
