Great Britain Surface-Printed Issues 1873-80 Large Coloured Corner Letters A fine used selection of the issue, comprising: 21/2d. rosy mauve, watermark Orb, white paper, plates 2 to 16 (additional plate 3 with watermark inverted); 21/2d. blue, plates 19 and 20; 3d. rose, plates 11, 12, 14-17, 20; 6d. grey, plates 13 to 17; 1/- green, plates 8, 9, 11, 13 (3); 1/- orange-brown, plate 13; 4d. sage-green, plates 15 and 16; 8d. orange, four examples (one with watermark inverted), all either neatly or lightly cancelled - many with c.d.s´s; a mostly good to fine and attractive assembly.
