x Great Britain Postal History Ireland 1870 (2 Dec.) printed "par ballon monte" entire letter from Paris to Dublin, bearing Ceres 10c. (affixed over the edge) and 20c., indistinctly tied, showing Paris despatch c.d.s. for "3e./2 dec.", the reverse with fine H. & K. Pact. c.d.s.; some defects and cover faults though still most appealing. A very rare overseas destination usage from the Siege of Paris. Photo Estimate £ 400-500
